My experience attending the Wahluke School District was average. The reason being the school was unprofessional at times, but there were many positive things I enjoyed from Wahluke.
One negative remake is we have a strict rule on dress code, many teachers mainly focused on what their students wore to class than their education. Also, there is a lack of communication to prepare students for college or their future. A lot of our resources were pretty much thrown at us students to figure out ourselves or there's "no time" for staff to help. Thankfully, we do have a couple of teachers that care about students and fully support them.
We also have various staff members that provide mental and emotional help to their students. One thing I would change about our school is their priority. I believe a school should focus on their students future and fully prepare them for it.

Life at Wahluke has been okay but each class seems to have less and less spirit when it comes to school events.
There aren't that many opportunities for high school students other than some clubs and community service here and there. Recent infrastructure improvements in the town have spurred dramatic increases in housing and business growth, as well as increased services and product availability.
