San antonio bradley teachers

I will always cherish that I get the honor of being a part of their lives during this special and life-changing time! The emails, texts and newborn pictures are a delight that never gets old and always make my day.

Another perk of my job is working alongside the wonderful birth professionals in San Antonio. Many of them are dear friends that I will cherish forever. These are care providers that understand and embrace the fact that birth is not limited to a physical and medical event but an emotional one that needs to be treated with the utmost respect. I plan on continuing to teach for many more years to come.

I hope to one day teach my th couple, maybe in the next 10 or 15 years. I am a blessed and lucky woman to do what I do. Years ago I purchased a book named Discovering Motherhood. It is a compilation of essays, poems, etc. I remember reading it cover to cover and absorbing every word and every feeling for these women spoke to my heart. I am not someone who reads a lot of poetry but the poems in this book are so lovely and all about being a mother.

I wanted to share one with you…. Pregnant moms are always looking for healthy snack ideas. The San Antonio Bradley Teachers are hoping that we can help with some simple and easy to make snacks. The Bradley Method follows a diet introduced by Dr. We recommend a minimum of 75 grams of protein per day which can be hard to achieve for some busy moms. The snacks that we are sharing contain good amounts of protein as well as other components of a healthy diet.

Whole grains, protein, fiber and healthy fats are all essential parts that make up a healthy diet. The following snacks are packed with yummy goodness! Start with Whole Grain English Muffins which include 8 grams of whole grain per serving. They are low in fat and an excellent source of fiber.

Toast the English muffin and then top with some stellar ingredients! Sliced banana. Work with your healthcare provider to make decisions about your birth? Avoid unnecessary risks associated with common labor interventions? Have a positive birth experience? Classes include a student workbook, additional reading material and lots of personal attention. Many classes are video enriched and relaxation techniques will be practiced in every class.

Matthew and I were able to have our son completely naturally after being told by our first doctor that he would have to be delivered via c section at 35 weeks. Our Bradley instructor helped us find a wonderful midwife at 35 weeks. It saddens me that so many of my friends do not get to experience what we did. I recommend the class to everyone I know that is pregnant or thinking about having a baby. I have recently heard from several close friends who did not take a birthing class because they said they trusted their doctors.

There is a huge similarity between their stories.
