I dont like their form of communication. I only hear when they do something wrong. Then they tell me what I should do for discipline. They have left my kids off the bus three times this year. And called me like i did something wrong. They never admit or apologize for their mistakes. They talk to people in a condescending way. The whole vibe of that school is not right. I have reported them three times and nothing has happened. So be careful with this school or Columbus city schools in general.
Parent Review 4y ago. Whetstone High School. My freshman son loves Whetstone. He was a shy boy but this school brought out the best in him. He was one of the Academic Hall of Fame awardees. He said there are not so good students what school has no? Love how Ms. Vega accommodates parents with their inquiries and what not. Cook is a great teacher.
Based on our experience, I would recommend Whetstone. Glad my son went to this HS. Looking forward to seeing WHS help him grow and achieve his goals academically.
