They promise consistency and they deliver. I called to make sure they were coming as scheduled. I soon learned this wasn't necessary. They are always one step ahead of me and take care of the cleaning before I even have a chance to bring things to their attention.
They leave me notes! They tell me what needs attention, what needs fixin, and what they'll do on the next visit. This company even fixes things! And change filters! The best. They are nice, polite, and a joy to work with. The consistent service is wonderful, never have to worry about how the office will look like in the morning, especially if I have a meeting or important client coming in.
Amazingly the staff handles last meeting requests perfectly! Ceasar and his team have provided reliable, trustworthy, and quality cleaning services for our office. They use green cleaning supplies that align with our company values. The team is responsive to requests and is always willing to go above and beyond the scope of work.

People are too quick, sometimes they don't listen, and everything is rushed. I have had good luck with Shelly and Lorraine. They want to do what we want, what we need done. No complaints. They do what they need to do.
They have never missed a night. And our office smells so much better than it used to. The bathroom doesn't look like a busy, messy room. The trash doesn't sit around. The microwave is disinfected. It is all of these little things that are a really big thing to us. So we vote for Service and that is what Clearwater is to us. We have had other services clean our building. This is the last one for us. We can't imagine making a change in the future.
