Late last year, the Boilermakers union, through its MOST safety and training trust, launched a program designed to fundamentally change the culture of the organization in the construction industry. Creating a culture of excellence begins with acknowledging the mistakes of the past and providing a code for all Boilermakers. Programs Sixteen programs to ensure projects are staffed by safe, drug-free, skilled Boilermakers ready to work.

We aggressively promote and defend the rights of our members and indeed those of all workers. We are guided by the Boilermaker Code and Creed. They connect us to the men and women who came before us and built the union, and they point us to the professional conduct and high-level performance that bring value to our employers and secure our future and that of generations of Boilermakers to come.
